1. Membership runs from date of joining.

2. All competitors compete at their own risk.

3. The judges decision is final.

4. Hard hats with kite mark and chin straps must be worn at all times whilst mounted (fastened).

5. Riders must be astride of the horse/pony when crossing the finishing line in the Gymkhana.

6. Any objection to be lodged with the show secretary and must be accompanied with £20 which will be returned if the complaint is upheld.

7. No responsibility for loss, damage or injury to horse/pony,rider, spectator or property will be accepted by the organisers of Offley and District Riding Club.

8. No persons other than the show officials are allowed in the ring.

9. The Committee reserves the right to alter, modify, reduce, amalgamate, cancel or make any other alterations to classes without notice.

10. RING 1

a. Prize money will be awarded 1 to every 5 starters.

b. Classes will be split horses and ponies.

RING 2

a. Showing classes trophies will be awarded 1 to every 5 starters.

b. Classes will be split as stated on the schedule.

11. CORRECT RIDING ATTIRE MUST  BE WORN IN SHOW JUMPING AND SHOWING RINGS. SWEATSHIRTS MAY BE WORN IN GYMKHANA RING ONLY.

12. A charge of £2.00 per competitor per day will be made to cover the cost of First Aid.

13. SPECIAL NOTICE: CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT ON THE SHOW GROUND.
